Discover client’s business, hiring objectives and culture.
Delivery
Client Assessment. First interview of preferred candidates with Client followed by 2nd interviews.
Search Campaign
Confirming search avenues, sourcing and identifying potential candidates, Screening interviews and weekly reporting
Candidates shortlisting
Presentation of screened and vetted talents as prospective candidates to client.
Offer and Negotiation
Presentation of offer details. Negotiation and Verbal acceptance. Execution of offer. References check and determination of start date.
